When multiple insiders buy shares around the same time, it's a particularly strong bullish signal. The involvement of key executives like CEOs and CFOs adds even more credibility to the signal.

Purchases exceeding $100K are considered 'meaningful buys.' Transactions over $1M suggest strong insider conviction about the company's future. Large purchases near stock lows are especially noteworthy.

Insider selling isn't necessarily bearish. Common reasons include stock option exercises, tax obligations, portfolio diversification, and personal financial needs. Buying signals are generally more significant than selling.
